Terms and Conditions
Business Vending is an online trading style of Cafexpress Ltd. Company Reg. 4738058.
Our terms and conditions are set out below and apply to all transactions on our websites. Please review these carefully before placing your order. We recommend you print out a copy for future reference. Please also read our privacy notice regarding personal information provided by you. We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance. An order will be considered as accepted and the contract between you and us completed on the dispatch of the items you have ordered, unless we have advised you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the procedure described in our returns and cancellations section.
We may reject an order for the following reasons:
The product you ordered is unavailable
There has been a pricing or product description error
We are unable to obtain authorisation for payment
You do not provide the correct invoicing address details for the credit or debit card used for payment.
You have provided an invoicing or delivery address that is a PO box or any other kind of forwarding address.
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase made by you at any time. For the avoidance of doubt the contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
Please note that Cafexpress Ltd is exclusively a ‘business to business’ supplier and in all matters only law regulating business to business transactions will be deemed to apply.

Availability
All our items are offered for sale subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply any of the items offered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the item.

Product details
Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. All sizes and measurements given, and all colours displayed, on our websites are approximate and provided for your guidance only, but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.

Payment
All prices displayed on this website are in GBP Sterling. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time we receive your order, except in the unlikely event of a pricing error. If we discover that any items in your order have been priced incorrectly we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the items, you will receive a full refund. Payment can be made by any method specified in the payment and delivery section. We reserve the right to refuse an order that we deem to have been placed under suspicious circumstances or where the details given do not match the security details held by the appropriate card issuer. If we suspect a transaction to be fraudulent we may contact you to confirm your details prior to accepting the order. If we fail to satisfy any outstanding security issues we will cancel the order and refund the card in full. If you are resident outside the European Union you may be liable to pay local taxes and import duties upon receipt of your order. You are solely responsible for the payment of any levies imposed upon you in your own country of residence and Gemstone accessories cannot be held liable for these additional charges.
We accept payment online only by Paypal and Google Checkout which allows for payment by most major credit or debit cards.

Delivery costs
Delivery costs are calculated by our shopping cart software and can always be viewed prior to order confirmation. In the instance that any of our approved payment gateways calculate shipping differently it is the costs calculated by our cart that must be applied.

Customs and duties
Orders dispatched to countries outside of the European Union may be subject to local taxes and import duties upon delivery. Cafexpress Ltd. cannot advise you of these charges and are not liable for them. We advise that you contact your local customs authority for further information.

Delivery
Delivery can be made to U.K addresses only. Worldwide addresses, and some UK addresses (e.g. Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight) will incur additional postage costs. Please note however that we will not deliver to PO boxes or any other kind of mail forwarding address. All deliveries must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over. Delivery charges are specified in the payment and delivery section and delivery timescales will be confirmed in your order acknowledgement. We make every effort to deliver your goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable. Cafexpress Ltd. is not liable for any failed deliveries. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Guarantee
All products sold on our website are sold exclusively with the product manufacturer’s guarantee. On machines and hardware such guarantees are usually ‘parts only’ with any labour elements being chargeable seperately. No other guarantees are assumed or applied.

Privacy
We do store details of your order. Please read our privacy section for more details. We do monitor reviews submitted by customers to the site but are under no obligation to do so. We reserve the right to remove any material if in our view it is inappropriate. We shall own any material you send to the site or to us and reserve the right to use any such communication and its contents in such ways as we see fit.

Returns and Cancellations
Order cancellations can only be accepted up until receipt of our confirmation of acceptance of order or, if upon arrival, goods are found to be faulty or significantly not as described.
To return faulty items to us for a refund please follow the simple procedure outlined here- (Please note returns will be refunded in full, less your postage and packaging costs, and a 10% handling fee).
Procedure to follow is to notify us with 24 working hours of any problem with the goods being identified. Do not return the goods until we ask you to as we may need to investigate or independently verify the problem whilst the goods are still on your premises in order for us to comply with the originating suppliers own terms and conditions. The appropriate returns procedure will be advised to you from there.
Please note that in the event of your returned items not being received by us, no refund can be made. Therefore we strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to return items to us. For items up to a value of £28 we recommend the use of Royal Mail Recorded Delivery™; for items of a value over £28 we recommend the use of Royal Mail Special Delivery™. Once your return has been received, the cost of your purchase will be refunded within five working days. You will be notified by email once the refund transaction has been completed. Please note that we can only refund the cost of postage if an item is delivered to you in error.
