Merchandising Machine Warranties & Installations

The following guide is designed to help you select the best warranty and installation options for your new machine purchase ...

1. Self Installation 

This option is recommended solely for trade customers with their own in-house fully trained engineers.

This option also strictly limits any warranty with this machine to the manufacturer's PARTS ONLY warranty, as described below.

2.  Engineer Installation & User Training 

This option provides for a professional and fully trained vending engineer to install your machine and train your personnel in it's proper operation.

It is recommended that a minimum of 2 persons are present for the full training session.

Records of the training session should be retained and integrated into your in-house maintenance procedures manuals.

Our engineer will be on site for a maximum of 2 hours to carry out this service.

Training of future personnel and/or retraining of existing personnel are available upon request at the rates published on this website at any given time.

3. 12 Months Parts Only Warranty 

This option is strictly limited to PARTS ONLY cover as set out in the machine manufacturer's own warranty terms & conditions.

Engineering time, as and when requested, is chargeable at the rates published on this website at any given time.

This option is recommended only for clients confident in replacing parts, as and when needed, without the assistance of a vending engineer.

4. 12 Months Parts & Labour Warranty 

As above but with any engineering call outs within 12 months from date of installation included.

This package is optionaly renewal on an annual basis.

Service activities outside of the scope of this warranty are chargeable at our currently published rates.

5. 36 Months Parts & Labour  Warranty 

As above but includes FREE MACHINE INSTALLATION* and has the bonus of being FIXED PRICE for 3 years.

Price shown is for the first of 3 equal instalments, each to be paid annualy in advance.

* Installation fee will be invoiced retrospectively in full if all 3 payments due are not completed.
