Vending & Coffee Machine Repair - On Site

At Cafexpress Ltd we pride ourselves on providing the highest standards of technical vending support and technical vending services to all major brands and models of vending machines and commercial coffee machines.

NB: This service uses independent third party 'trade only' vending engineers.

What you will be purchasing here is as follows:

  • Attendance of a professional independent vending engineer at your premises, usually within 1-2 working days.
  • Up to a maximum 1 hour of that vending engineer's time at your premises.
  • The option to allow that engineer additional time on site, if required, chargeable at our currently prevailing labour rate.
  • A comprehensive 'health check' of your vending machine to investigate the reported problem and to any identify any further issues that may require attention.
  • An immediate fix of all identified problems and/or a further estimate for any additional parts and/or labour that may be required.

What we need to do that for you:

  • As much information on your machine (manufacturer, model, serial number, last service date, etc) as can be provided.
  • Your best possible description of the problem being experienced and any history that may be relevant to it.
  • Access to both site and machine location (including on-site parking) during normal weekday working hours.
  • A nominated person, with due authority, for our engineer to liaise with and sign off paperwork once his time on site is completed.
  • Any pictures or files that may be helpful in the identification/resolution of the reported problem.

How to proceed:

  • Add this service product to your shopping basket.
  • Proceed to step 1 of checkout and complete the fields needed to create your account.
  • Complete the 7 machine and site specific fields that appear immediately under the 'REFERENCE' field during checkout.
  • If relevant use field 7, 'File Upload', to send any digital pictures and/or files that may be helpful.
  • Complete the checkout process and make payment.

What happens next?

  • The above process will automatically generate your booking and return you an invoice for your payment.
    (If you need a written quotation please use the 'pro-forma' link at the bottom of the page just before final checkout.)
  • Your booking will then be reviewed and we will contact you with any questions and an estimated date/time of attendance.
  • In the unlikely event that we can't attend for any reason you will receive a credit note and a full refund within 24 hours.

Finalising the job:

  • Once the work requested is complete the attending engineer(s) will need a sign off for the job.
  • Please make sure everything works satisfactorily before signing off as once signed off the job is closed down.
